Yet Kris Jenner, 62, ensured she is the only one who can use the word ‘momager’ after a two-year legal battle to trademark the word, according to TMZ.

The Keeping Up The Kardashians matriarch, who manages her six children, was initially denied the luxury when she applied in 2015.

The office originally deemed the phrase too similar to ‘momanger’ which is an existing trademark but the decision was later overturned. 

However, the San Diego born beauty is unable to use the phrase ‘momager’ for any reality television series or websites according to TMZ.

MailOnline approached Kris Jenner’s representatives for comment.

The Kardashian franchise has become a television sensation and consequently it is the longest-running American reality series.

Kris revealed the secret to the Kardashians’ success at a WWD Summit in October.

According to Variety, she said: ‘The whole marketing budget my children need is the price of a smartphone. 

‘Social media became the single most important thing that we had as a tool to be able to build and grow a business.’ 

Kris was first married in a romantic ceremony to Robert Kardashian, who was propelled into the limelight for his early legal representation of O.J. Simpson.

The former flames, who were married between 1978 and 1991, share daughters Kourtney, 38, Kim, 37, and Khloé, 33, as well as their son Rob, 30.

Kris moved on quickly as she wed Olympian Bruce Jenner, now known as Caitlyn, in April 1991, just one month after her divorce.

The exes, who were separated in October 2013 and divorced in March 2015, share two daughters Kendall, 22, and Kylie, 20.
