Kelly Ripa went into overdrive this year when it came to her Halloween costumes.

The Live! With Kelly host stepped her toe into politics as she dressed up as Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump as well as his model wife Melania. Jerry O’Connell was Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as well as her husband Bill.

The two nominees competed in a Family Feud style game show called First Family Feud with Bravo’s Andy Cohen as host. There were jokes made about Hillary’s private server and Donald’s wish to build a wall.

As Donald, the petite star wore a dark suit and red tie. Her blonde wig looked like a pretty good matcher as did her fake tan.

She introduced her ‘gorgeous’ wife and sniffed suspiciously. 

As Melania, the host wore a long light brown wig and heavy makeup with a serious expression. She acted stiff and didn’t smile.

She also wore a pretty white dress, which is similar to the one the former model had on during the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, in July.

Frequent Live! guest host Jerry dressed up as Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in a white suit and blonde wig. She kept smiling and laughing, and even shimmied a bit.

O’Connell seemed to be having a ball in his full makeup that included heavy eyebrows and red lipstick.

He also played Bill Clinton in a dark suit. He smiled and gave a thumb’s up.

Live producer Art Moore had the double duty of dressing as both Chelsea Clinton and Ivanka Trump. 

Cohen looked dizzy with glee as the game show host.


A little movie fun: Kelly also dressed up as Margot Robbie’s character Harley Quinn from the smash hit film Suicide Squad. Next to her is Jerry in Jared Leto’s role as The Joker

Kelly also dressed up as Margot Robbie’s character Harley Quinn from the smash hit film Suicide Squad.

She had on a blonde wig worn in pigtails, and a red, white and blue satin baseball jacket over a T-shirt and hot pants with fishnet stockings. The former soap opera star carried a baseball bat and wore tennis shoe style boots.

Next to her was Jerry as Jared Leto’s character The Joker.

This is scary: Ripa wore a yellow tiered dress that was nearly identical to the singer’s gown in her video. And she carried a baseball bat too. O’Connell was Negan from The Walking Dead


Ouch: At one point she had her hair pulled, which could not have felt good

The wife of Mark Consuelos took a stab at looking like Beyonce from her Lemonade video.

Ripa wore a yellow tiered dress that was nearly identical to the singer’s gown in her video. 

And she carried a baseball bat too.

O’Connell was Negan from The Walking Dead. He wore the same black motorcycle jacket the character does and carried a spiked baseball bat too.  

Kelly also dressed as Negan from the Walking Dead in a sub0skit. She had on the same leather jacket and scarf.

Carrie Ann Inaba and Christian Slater were seen cowering in a corner as Negan threatened them.

Then the actor who plays Negan, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, pops up for a moment.

Ripa looked most thrilled when dressed in vintage American clothes to play a cast members of Hamilton: An American Musical, which was the opening skit.

O’Connell also suited up as did several other Live! extras.

Hamilton is a musical about the life of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, with music, lyrics, and book by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

The show, inspired by the 2004 biography Alexander Hamilton by historian Ron Chernow, achieved both critical acclaim and box office success.


It doesn’t stop! The peppy host also dressed up in this outfit to play a Spice Girl wannabe


She had help: Her TV producer Gelman (not pictured) was also part of the dress up. To the right is Jerry in a skirt and heels

The ‘ladies’ competed for who was the best. The winner would get to tour with the band which included Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, and Victoria Beckham.

Dating life: ABC knew how to get their money’s worth out of the morning show. The network also plugged their long-running series The Bachelor with a spoof


The guy with the most steady job on TV: Bachelor host Chris Harrison was a part of the joke


For laughs: The skit included a guest appearance by Neil Patrick Harris, who used to be on the hit show How I Met Your Mother. Here he is seen with Kelly


Someone has been hitting the gym: A shirtless Jerry also popped up as he posed by a swimming pool


Her hubby: Ripa’s longtime husband Mark Consuelos made the scene too

ABC knew how to get their money’s worth out of the morning show.

The network also plugged their long-running series The Bachelor with a spoof called Live! In Paradise.

The skit included a guest appearance by Neil Patrick Harris, who used to be on the hit show How I Met Your Mother. A shirtless Jerry also popped up as he posed by a swimming pool. 

Josh Groban, Consuelos and Tyler Perry also are part of the skit.

Later in the episode Ripa and O’Connell did a parody of the Cake By The Ocean video by DNCE, which includes Joe Jonas. The cast and hosts danced and threw cake at each other.

Jerry and Kelly joined Carson Kressley, 46, on a spoof for House Hunters called Haunted House Hunters.

Carson called himself Larson Presley and showed the couple a few New York City properties.

One of them had a bleeding refrigerator, flickering lights and skeletons in the closet. 

Kelly’s snobby Manhattanite had a large mole that kept changing locations on her face. 

The guest on the show was Kevin James.

He came out dressed as a Mets baseball player and handed out concession treats to the audience.

The 51-year-old actor is on the TV series Kevin Can Wait.
