She just welcomed her first daughter on Thanksgiving.

And just two days later Meghan King Edmonds was ready to recount the tale, as well as to share a few snaps of her little bundle of joy, Aspen.

The 32-year-old new mom posted a long message thanking her husband for his help along with the photo, also revealing that she ‘survived unscathed without so much as a tiny tear.’

‘I am so proud’ Meghan King Edmonds took to Instagram on Saturday to share the first photograph of her daughter Aspen as well as to gush about her husband Jim Edmonds

She posted the TMI message detailing her successful, natural birth, adding that she now feels like ‘the strongest warrior on the planet (and Jimmy thinks so too).’

‘I feel like I worked out for a week straight and my throat hurts from yelling,’ the reality star also admitted, following 22 hours of labor.

But despite the hard work, Meghan also gushed that she and Jim ‘are deliriously in love with our perfect Aspen.’

‘In love already’ On Saturday Meghan also shared a snap of her little girl bonding with her beloved teacup goldendoodle Girly Girl

And she praised her ‘most incredible husband,’ who was by her side ‘through every contraction, each blood-curdling scream and each time I told him I thought I was dying and couldn’t do it anymore.’

‘I am so proud and impressed of the team we made to welcome Aspen, our bond is more unshakable than I ever imagined,’ she shared. ‘We have a healthy, strong happy baby who loves breastfeeding and already holding her head up!’

Meghan noted that her daughter’s birth date added up ‘equals her daddy’s baseball number, 15,’ and hashtagged the photo: ‘#secondsold #needlefree #naturalbirth #22hoursoflabor #aspenkingedmonds #thanksgivingbaby #inlove #cantstopstaring #birthplanwentasplanned #fullheadofblackhair #warriorbaby.’

She’s here! Real Housewives Of Orange County star Meghan King Edmonds announced the arrival of her baby on Friday. The little girl arrived on Thanksgiving

She had taken to Instagram on Friday to share the news of her little girl’s birth, though at the time had told fans to ‘stay tuned’ for more details.

The reality star also added: ‘Our hearts are exploding.’

Just a day earlier, Meghan – whose official due date was December 5 – posed for a photo in her Calvin Klein underwear, captioning it: ‘Current state: under pressure.’

Last day of pregnancy: The RHOC star posted this snap on Instagram on Wednesday

And earlier in the week she had caught up with host Andy Cohen who predicted she would have the baby later that night – and he was almost right.

The Watch What Happens Live host insisted if she did have the baby that day, she would have to name her little girl Andy (but with an ‘i’).

The pair also joked about naming the unborn infant after other housewives, including Vicki (for Vicki Gunvalson) and Brooks (after Brooks Ayers).

Happy couple? This season of RHOC showed marriage troubles for Meghan and Jim, although she insists they are doing just fine; pictured earlier this year

Andy was in St. Louis on a book-signing tour when he met up with the RHOC star. She moved back to St. Louis – where she spends half the year with her husband Jim – to have her baby girl.

She married the former baseball player late in 2014 and is stepmother to his four children from his two previous marriage.

The couple turned to in vitro fertilization to conceive as Jim, 46, had previously undergone a vasectomy. The couple used sperm he had frozen before he went through with the procedure.

She’s finally here! The Bravo star had announced back in June that she was expecting after IVF treatments (pictured in June)

Despite rumors suggesting the two were having marriage troubles in September, Meghan insists everything is great.

She went on the record to squash any of the rumors with an Instagram post: ‘Our marriage is in jeopardy can’t you tell?’

Their fertility journey and her pregnancy has been documented, at great length, on the current season of Real Housewives of Orange County.
